The Monaco ICO picked up contributions of 2,000 ETH in the past day. There are around nine days left in the ICO and Monaco will look for a push at the end to get closer to the soft cap of 150,000. It would take a great infusion, in the end, to get there. We will have to see how close they can get.

The Wagerr ICO continues to sell into their fifteenth round. With a total of 121,269,069 WGR tokens issued, they have easily passed their soft-cap. With 16 days left for additional contributions it looks like they have a good chance at hitting their hard cap of 20 rounds.
