The Wagerr ICO has slowed a little bit, but I don’t think they are complaining.  They are in the fourth additional round of funding.  They have issued an additional 5,000,000 WGR in the last day.  As there is the possibility of 20 total rounds, there is still time to get into this fast moving ICO.
